"We met about five years ago in a very romantic location - at a bar. Suleman was sitting down, relaxing, and apparently, my friend and I came up to Suleman. About 10 minutes later, he used his 'sweet voice and beautiful words' and conned me into a date, haha. Suleman proposed to me last year on February 27. He orchestrated a beautiful sunset picnic beach proposal in Muriwai with the help of some friends. I don't know if you have ever carried giant 'MARRY ME' polystyrene letters - but they are heavy! Suleman had to run them up the dunes of Murawai. Later that night, another Covid lockdown was announced - talk about good timing. We pictured a timeless church wedding paired with an elegant, contemporary reception venue. The best of both worlds: classic and modern. For the theme, a timeless, subtle but rich romance with some bold rose gold accents. A combination of elegant and refined styling. Flower arrangements, cake and decor to incorporate a mixture of our preferred shades: rose gold, gold, dusty rose tones, citrus tones, beige tones, cream and white. Suleman and I are lucky that quality time is our primary love language. As a result, we are intentional about keeping our quality time fun, interesting and, at times, challenging. This includes playing or watching sports, travelling, cooking, or discovering new walking trails and places. The act is to make sure we spend some of our time together. Doing this increases our bond and connection. - Auckland Weddings
